What renting a whole holiday house means
You book the entire house and its plot. The pool is yours for the whole stay and so is the porch. There are no areas shared with other guests and no pool timetable. Each house has its own parking space by the door.
That is the difference from a hotel or an apartment complex. You have breakfast when you like, the children go in and out of the water at their own pace, and the barbecue gets lit whenever you fancy it.
We ask one thing in return: respect for the surroundings. The houses are not rented for parties or events, which is why people come here to rest.

Where our holiday houses are and what is nearby
We are at Cortijo del Sotillo, in the countryside around Chiclana, with supermarkets less than five minutes away. From here everything is an easy drive:
- La Barrosa beach: 10 minutes, almost 8 km of sand.
- Novo Sancti Petri: restaurants, golf and sunset over the castle.
- Conil de la Frontera: 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cádiz city and the La Viña quarter: 30 to 35 minutes on the A-48.
- Jerez de la Frontera: 35 minutes.
- Zahara de los Atunes: about 45 minutes.

A holiday house in Chiclana for every season
In summer the plan makes itself: a morning on La Barrosa beach, an afternoon by the pool and dinner on the porch. In spring and autumn the coast is quieter and the countryside is at its best for walks or day trips around the province.

Five: Casa Rincón del Chico, Casa Alce, Casa Ferro, Casa Dafer and Casa Joal. They are always rented as whole houses, for a maximum of 6 to 10 people depending on the house.
Is the pool shared with other guests?
No. Each house has its own plot and private pool, and there are no areas shared with other guests during your stay.
How far is the beach?
La Barrosa beach is a 10-minute drive. Novo Sancti Petri is in the same area and Conil is about 15 to 20 minutes away.
Can we come with children?
Yes. Families make up a good part of our guests. There is a fenced play area for guests only and, if you need a cot, ask us when you book.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the owner’s authorisation and there may be a supplement. Write to us before booking and we will confirm. Pets cannot go in the pool.
Can we hold parties or events?
No. The houses are not rented for parties, events or activities with loud music. They are houses for resting.
